CANCELLATION POLICY

• A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file to secure your appointment. • A deposit is required for all appointments and will go towards your final balance. • Payment is due in full at the time of service. • If you are unable to make payment at the time of service, the card on file will be automatically charged for the full amount of the completed service. • In the event the card on file is declined, payment must be made within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of future appointments and possible collections action. • RESCHEDULING- If you need to reschedule your appointment , for any reasons, it must be done before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any changes made within the 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and you'll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit online. • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS- If you cancel or you do not show up for your appointment without notifying via call or text, your card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked. • LATE ARRIVALS- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, communicate with me. Arriving late may result in appointment cancellation, and a same day cancellation fee will apply. • CARD ON FILE- If your card on file is invalid and we areunable to charge you for your due amount. You will no longer be able to book with us until fees are paid.
