CANCELLATION POLICY

• A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file to secure your appointment. • A deposit is required for all appointments and will go towards your final balance. • Payment is due in full at the time of service. • If you are unable to make payment at the time of service, the card on file will be automatically charged for the full amount of the completed service. • In the event the card on file is declined, payment must be made within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of future appointments and possible collections action. • RESCHEDULING- If you need to reschedule your appointment , for any reasons, it must be done before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any changes made to your appointment within the 24 hour window will result in same day cancellation fee and you'll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit online. • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS- If you cancel/ reschedule within the 24 hour booking window or do not show up on time for your appointment your card on file will be charged 100% of the services booked. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. No showing with zero communication will result in a ban from booking any future appointments. • LATE ARRIVALS- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, communicate with me. Arriving late may result in appointment cancellation, and a same day cancellation fee will apply. • CARD ON FILE- If your card on file is invalid and we are unable to charge you for your due amount. You will no longer be able to book with us until fees are paid.
